What is Talent Converging Program?

NVM GROUP's Talent Converging Program (TCP) is an annual activity that is associated with Universities, Business Organizations, Social Organizations and Media Organizations, aiming to run out programs of Soft-skills consulting, Career Orientation; and offer opportunities of recruitment, internship and scholarship for students. Specially, Talent Converging Program (TCP) provides “Youth Talents” a unique opportunity to become “managers” in recruitment programs such as Management Trainee Program or Talent Development Program the objective of which is to search and recruit Youth Talents who are dynamic, enthusiastic and potential to become inherit leaders – the factor impacts to social’s development.

For student community, TCP presents itself as a provider of opportunities relating to their career path (recruitment, internship, scholarship, soft-skill training and career orientation). Specially, with “Management Trainee Program” or “Talent Development Program”; TCP is a unique provider of challenging assignments complemented by a learning component and assessment process. The combination of practical work experience, formal training, and advice from experts provides candidates with a unique opportunity to develop and assume challenging responsibilities within global classed organizations.

For business organizations, TCP offers top students, suitable with their unique culture and challenge, and receiving reports of evaluation of candidate’s level ability through Assessment Process.

In scope of TCP, we deploy the survey “Student & Career” to fulfill the desire of becoming a valuable source of information to enhance the curricula and training of Universities; and to help Business Organizations to map out the Youth Talent development strategy as well.

NVM GROUP's Talent Converging Program (TCP) is researched, developed and implemented by experts from NVM Group and its partners. We desire to:

1. Set up a fresh graduates and senior students’ alumni network for Vietnamese talents around the world to meet up, share experience, catch up information, and understand the great demand of high-caliber manpower that the country is in urgent need.
