| Decree 70/2011/NĐ-CP: increasing minimum wage to a maximum of 2 million VND per month
On August 22, 2011, Government issued Decree 70/2011/NĐ-CP to define the new minimum wage for employees.
1. The decree is applied for:
• Enterprises are established in accordance with the law (including Foreign Invested Enterprises)
• Co-operatives, co-operative groups, farms, family households, individuals, and other organizations hiring labors
• Foreign organization, national organization, and foreign individuals hiring labors

Official letter 10790/BTC-CST: Exemption PIT under Resolution 08/2011/QH13
