Ministry of Finance has issued a circular No. 78/2011/TT-BTC on 8th-Jun-2011. This circular expands the audience enjoy exemption from personal income tax.

Accordingly, salaries and wages used to treat serious diseases for employees are deducted from income after tax corporate income, welfare and the reward of the business ... will be exempt from personal tax. Revenues from the welfare fund and reward of the enterprise to assist employees and their relatives are also exempt.
