Nguyen Thi Nguyet is HR Advisory Director of NVM Group, having joined NVM Group in March 2009. She is now advisor in charge of consulting the development of the department.

In this role, Nguyet has the responsibility for setting up the new dynamic HR Advisory Service which is the new business line that have expanded NhanViet's ability to assist clients in human resources issues. She has led her new function with passion and endeavors advising clients of integrated HR solutions to transform their working environment and performance in order to achieve their business strategies.

Prior to joining NVM Group, Nguyet had held the position of Head of HR & Administration for Syngenta Vietnam Ltd., a Swiss agrochemical company for over 13 years, having achieved in developing the whole HR function, system / policies, enhancing the values and culture of the company through two mergers Ciba-Novartis-Syngenta. Besides the HR knowledge and practical experiences, Nguyet had previously worked in other fields in various local and foreign invested companies, extending to accounting, law and import-export.

Board of Management

Huynh Minh Quan is founder and General Director of NhanViet Management Group (NVM Group).

Under his leadership and management, NVM Group has gone through the start up phase and achieved fruitful business results with stable growth since 2004. He was also successful in incorporating a division of NVM Group to fully serve the recruitment need of high profile executives of large organizations in 2008.

He is now leading the company through the development phase with strategic business line extension to incorporate a full spectrum of HR services and to achieve the vision of becoming an “Integral HR Business Partner”.

Huynh Minh Quan is known for strong capabilities of teambuilding, recruitment, HR consulting and outsourcing services with over 10 year experience in the industry.
Minh Quan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Foreign Trade University and many international certificates in HR.

Chau Thi Be is Deputy General Director of NVM Group, joining NVM Group since 2007.

She is responsible for the Payroll service management and development, and sits on Executive Committee.

She led the foundation of Payroll Administration and Outsourcing services, and is responsible of the payroll service management and development. She supports all payroll consultants to achieve outstanding performance and deep C& B knowledge in serving international and large local firms.

Be also conducts the overall of company operation and is passionate in orientation training for new employees to integrate company culture, which she and the BOD have long built.

Prior to joining NVM Group, she held position of HR manager for companies specialized in hospitality, construction & factory, sport & recreation.

Nguyen Quoc Hoan joined NVM Group in 2007 in the position of Executive Search Manager. In 2008 he was promoted to Executive Search Vice Director and 2010 Executive Search Director.

Quoc Hoan led an important role in building the Executive Search service from early days of establishment. He also assumes responsibility of leading a team of recruitment consultants.

He has made considerable contribution to the growth of the company and recruited many senior managers for many large FMCGs and Banks in Vietnam.

He has 5 year experience in Sales and Marketing and 3 years in recruitment. Prior to joining VIPdatabase Corporation, he worked for an Australia recruitment firm and Vidotour Indochina Travel.

Nguyen Hoang Van is Technology Director of NVM Group. He is responsible for developing in-house software products deployed to enhance the company business process and performance.

Hoang Van also assumes accountability of defining tailored technology solutions to fit Clients’ operation & management system. His goal is to integrate technology into consulting services to create added values to clients.

Van has over 10 year experiences in software development. He believes that technology advancement will gain company competitive advantage against competitors. His achievement was to bring www.VIPdatabase.com in top 30 featured websites at Vietnam Golden Web Contest 2008.

Prior to NVM Group, Van has worked for several software companies as project manager and technical director. He also had one year working for an outsourcing software company in Tokyo, Japan.

Van has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Hanoi University of Science.
