“Vietnam HR Management Facts & Figures” is the annual survey conducted by NVM Group and based on cooperation with other business associations, social units and media since 2010. This is one of NVM Group social responsibilities objectives of which are to create values to the business communities in Vietnam, through which to contribute to social development in general. While the Students & Career Survey and Talent Converging Program – annually conducted by NVM Group – bear the objectives of providing objective statistics which reflect the current status of young workforce and designing career oriented activities towards this workforce who are graduates to be or fresh graduates; Vietnam HR Management Facts & Figures focuses on providing objective statistics to reflect the existing issues of HR management practices at Vietnam based business organizations. Data collected will be synthesized by NVM Group’s HR experts and be analyzed to produce reports on the following areas: |
NVM Group contributes to society through our annual Talent Converging Program or TCP whose mission is to "Connect – Orient – Incubate – Develop" Youth Talents by associating with the University Partners, Training Partners, Business Partners & Media Partners to organize the series of activities related career which bring the good impact to student community.
