1. For employer partner:

All companies having the programs for students/ fresh graduates can join in Talent Converging Program – TCP. The programs including:

Internship program

Recruitment program, especially Management Trainee Program, Talent Development Program, Fresh Graduates Recruitment Program…

2. For candidate:

The candidates of TCP are the outstanding students (especially senior students) who are motivated and want to commit themselves, do interns, learn and practice to one of TCP’s members.

TCP is a unique opportunity to discover the most interesting career matches in the Best Companies in Vietnam as called Employers of Choice. On the other hand, our members will train candidates to pass the recruitment process at their business units to evaluate the potentials to develop and contribute to the business success.

Participants including:

Fresh grads and senior students from all of Universities in HCM city,

Oversea students who expect to return Vietnam to work,

Junior and senior students from NVM group’s database

Acceptance into the TCP requires candidates to meet the following criteria of skills:

Academic result: GPA 7.0+/ 10 or 3.5/5 or equivalent.

Good command in English: TOEFL: over 550 or equivalent

Basic computing skills, and

Be dignified in working behavior

Ability to manage and communicate well with others

Leadership or a team player experiences are a plus

Dynamic and want to learn and challenge in the diversified cultures and work conditions.

Must complete the application with general assessment questionnaires
