Process

To meet the requirements of accuracy and objectiveness of the survey, we apply a 3 phase & 10 step process

 

A combination of quantitative and qualitative research is deployed to ensure the accuracy of data and to avoid bias. The survey process is executed in parallel with the TCP process.
