NVM GROUP Talent Converging Program (TCP)
is an annually activity that is associated with mass communication and based on our Innovative website www.talentvietnam.com , aiming to introduce the programs (recruitment and internship for outstanding students) and scholarship, highlight them as the employers of choice, provide the shortlist of the best candidates who meet the employer’s requirements. This is aim to search and get youth talents, utilize youth talents with dynamic, enthusiasm for Retaining Recruitment.

For potential candidates, TCP presents itself as a provider of challenging assignments complemented by a learning component and assessment process. This combination of practical work experience, formal training, and support by career development advisors provides candidates with a unique opportunity to develop and assume challenging responsibilities within global-class organizations.

For corporate members, TCP offers the top students, suitable to member’s unique culture and challenge, and receiving reports of evaluation of candidate’s level ability through Assessment Process.

NVM GROUP Talent Converging Program (TCP) is researched, developed and implemented by experts from NhanViet Management Group and its partners. We desire to:

1. Set up a fresh graduates and senior students’ alumni network for Vietnamese talents around the world to meet up, share experience, catch up information, and understand the great demand of high-caliber manpower that the country is in urgent need.

2 . Set up a comprehensive project that not only to focuses on gathering talentsbut also to develop an applicable talent management and development that align with people and business strategies.
