Human factor is becoming an increasingly important part of any business. So, we are aware our role in the field of talent development that has real meaning. The way in which we conduct our core business of 'work' - matching the employment needs of individuals and business - gives us an inspiring opportunity to make a positive impact on the success and well-being of individuals, families and societies. To fulfill the desire, we have been building a career counseling and orientation program that has been well recognized as Talent Converging Program (TCP) for Youth Talents and Students in over 10 Universities in Vietnam for over 4 years since 2006. We have supported thousands of Youth Students to get the “Management Trainee”, Internship jobs and Scholarships in our MNC Clients in Vietnam and Asian Region. To enhance the impact of TCP on social development, NhanViet Management Group (NVM Group) has officially launched the annual survey named “Student & Career” since 2009. This survey is conducted annually in scope of Talent Converging Program (TCP) with participation of Students, Universities and Business Organizations to answer the core questions relating to students’ career.
