Year 2009 is the first year that the PIT finalizations are declared and submitted documents online. In order for organizations and individuals to catch up the new regulated procedures of the PIT Law which effective date on January 1st 2009, the Ministry of Finance issued this circular to advise Tax Bureau to extend the submission deadline of year 2009 PIT finalization documents to May 31st 2010.
