Normally we set up the initial payroll system of Client in our software, prepare/check/ review the documents related to labor and have the ongoing payroll services covering monthly payroll processing, monthly regulatory reporting, monthly payroll and submission, Year End Personal Income Tax and Social Insurance Finalization, Registration of Employees with relevant Authorities, Employee New hire and Termination, Social Insurance reimbursements follow up and Employee contact email services. We understand the conflict of interest is a very important thing that almost the Client companies are concerned. We provide the services that could be supplementary, not in conflict. The Payroll Outsourcing is our key service. We also offer other HR advisory services such as tax and relevant legal issues, HR consulting and Management Consulting. We released our Executive search and Recruitment services to other entity. We provide HR Research Services, not Salary Survey Services. We engage the service compliance. - We have the solid knowledge and practice of local Labor Law, PIT Law, SI&HI Law and good relationship with relevant government organizations. 80% Our Consultants have HR experience and knowledge

- In term of service delivery people, basically we assign one team to serve one Account as per its scale. Each Team has a Team Leader. And the Service has one Head of service department to take over all.

We routinely verify our backup sets as soon as they are made tapes or DVDs. The backup media is stored off-site in a trusted location. And we stored Client data in a separate database instance from other customer's data. Backup is weekly. We hire the experienced persons and have the annual plan to coach and develop our Consultant's knowledge and competence to meet the requirements of our clients. In terms of attrition, we must understand the reasons, the process, the documentations etc. Our Team Leader and Manager is a good back up to manage it before any our consultant’s internal rotation if the event becomes not as expected. - It takes around for 2 days maximum to process. The payroll calculation is processed on our internal software and the data that are transacted and transferred between Clients and Consultants are loaded accurately by the web-based application developed by our IT team.
- For other personnel administration jobs such as Labor documents, Insurance (Health, Social, other benefits), tax, reports, it will be followed daily and updated to Clients by the agreed timeline process.
- We assign one team to serve one Account as per its scale and we only work with one person or team assigned from Client Company. We do not contact or work with any other persons that are not allowed in advance. We encode all data that are transacted under any forms.
- We have an IT team including Security Team and Application Team that support secure the data in our application and have the back-up as planned.
We work nationwide Vietnam for these HR services. We also associate with a Global payroll Services Provider to support the MNC Client in Vietnam and Indochina Regions.
