Scenario:
Our client is an import-export company with diversified products such as machines, fresh seafood and agricultural products. The company currently applies 2 payment methods: Fixed Salary and Business Performance Driven Salary. Besides, the rewarding system is not fair and suitable enough. How to set up 1 payment system instead of 2? What should they do to improve the current rewarding system?

The Solution:
NV collected all payroll sheets in the past 6 months to look into related elements such as salary scales and bonus structure. After conducting data analysis, we decided to choose Fixed Salary as the only payment method and the extra amount from those who were paid by Business Performance Driven Salary will be changed to the company performance incentives scheme with new and clear Payment Policy. We ensured the changes did not affect the employees’ total income.
