Scenario: Our Client is a leading manufacturing company in agricultural products. The company wanted to review the whole organization structure, its managing personnel efficiency. How to assess and fit the people in the positions for their eligibility and suitability? The Solution: NV consulting team aimed at evaluating people based on their job description. With 3 main competencies including Knowledge, Skills and Behavior set up for each position, we prepared relevant questions and conducted Competency-based interview. The capability assessment was a triangle process with 3 side-evaluations: Self-assessment, Manager’s assessment and NV’s assessment
The Outcome: NV successfully demonstrated the gap between the Self-assessment and the Manager-assessment as well as other issues related to wrong job description and redundancy in the company. The assessors also pointed out some unsuitable positions which lead to the low performance of the function itself and the whole business as well.
