Huynh Minh Quan Huynh Minh Quan is founder and General Director of NhanViet Management Group (NVM Group). Under his leadership and management, NVM Group has gone through the start up phase and achieved fruitful business results with stable growth since 2004. He was also successful in incorporating a division of NVM Group to fully serve the recruitment need of high profile executives of large organizations in 2008. He is now leading the company through the development phase with strategic business line extension to incorporate a full spectrum of HR services and to achieve the vision of becoming an “Integral HR Business Partner”. Huynh Minh Quan is known for strong capabilities of teambuilding, recruitment, HR consulting and outsourcing services with over 10 year experience in the industry. He is also active member of many business associations & clubs such as AmCharm, EuroCham, CanCharm, YBA, CEO clubs, etc.
Nguyen Hoang Van is Technology Director of NVM Group. He is responsible for developing in-house software products deployed to enhance the company business process and performance. Hoang Van also assumes accountability of defining tailored technology solutions to fit Clients’ operation & management system. His goal is to integrate technology into consulting services to create added values to clients. Van has over 10 year experiences in software development. He believes that technology advancement will gain company competitive advantage against competitors. His achievement was to bring www.VIPdatabase.com in top 30 featured websites at Vietnam Golden Web Contest 2008. Prior to NVM Group, Van has worked for several software companies as project manager and technical director. He also had one year working for an outsourcing software company in Tokyo, Japan. Van has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Hanoi University of Science.
Phan Thanh Binh Experienced 07 years in brand management in food and industrial industry at some local and multinational companies. Another 04 years in marketing research services industry also brings him good knowledge on how creating contact point with clients in both B2B and B2C. Having spent more times on conduct direct interview in B2B field helps Binh to develop his skill of interview and project management. Binh also takes part in management task including business development and general management task in recent companies. This helps him to develop his management skills as well as his T-shaped knowledge. Binh joins NVM Group in 2010 being in charge for the HR Insights and Research department. Binh got an MBA at Southern California University of Professional Skills and an Bachelor of International Business at Foreign Trade University.
Cap Thi Minh TrangHR Manager Having joined NVM Group since 2009, Cap Thi Minh Trang played the role of HR Consultant in HR Advisory Service. In this position, Minh Trang provided NVM Group’s clients with professional HR solutions which helped to build up their business and maintain the best human resource management system. Minh Trang had gained success in some of HR Advisory projects including capability assessment, HR policy and process as well as performance appraisal. In 2010, Minh Trang was promoted to HR Manager of NVM Group and is now taking the responsibilities to manage the whole company HR and Administration system and additionally support the company operation. Minh Trang had nearly 05 years working in human resources for worldwide companies such as Ernst & Young, America Indochina Management and Deloitte Vietnam before joining NVM Group. Minh Trang holds a Bachelor Degree in English and many other professional certificates in Business Administration and Human Resources as well as a newly gained Master Degree in Business Administration of American Heritage University at the end of 2009. Pham Thi Phuoc ThinhPayroll Services Manager Pham Thi Phuoc Thinh has had over six-year working experiences in Human Resources including Recruitment, Regulations and Policy, Internal Training and developing standard ISO Human resource system. She has played the role of HR Management and contributed to maintain and develop the Management System for both local and foreign companies such as DFS Singapore, Van Hau Company (Distributor of British American Tobacco), Best Services and Eins ViNa. She especially succeeds in capturing information and consulting about the application and execution of Vietnam Labor law through her knowledge of labor law, Taxation, Insurance and other issues related to benefits of employees and enterprises. |
