Nguyen Thi Nguyet is HR Advisory Director of NVM Group, having joined NVM Group in March 2009. She is now advisor of the company.

In this role, Nguyet has the responsibility for setting up the new dynamic HR Advisory Service which is the new business line that have expanded NhanViet's ability to assist clients in human resources issues. She has led her new function with passion and endeavors advising clients of integrated HR solutions to transform their working environment and performance in order to achieve their business strategies.

Prior to joining NVM Group, Nguyet had held the position of Head of HR & Administration for Syngenta Vietnam Ltd., a Swiss agrochemical company for over 13 years, having achieved in developing the whole HR function, system / policies, enhancing the values and culture of the company through two mergers Ciba-Novartis-Syngenta. Besides the HR knowledge and practical experiences, Nguyet had previously worked in other fields in various local and foreign invested companies, extending to accounting, law and import-export.
