Data Security

Data is secured at multiple levels; from network access, firewalls, and user authentication, to file and email encryption measures.
Data transmission is encrypted using 128 bit Secure Socket Layer technology from DigiCert.
Payroll and data files are transferred via a secured remote server (Pada-Zone).
Payroll is processed at a secured off-line server (Pada-Soft).
Access to a particular client’s data is only granted upon formal authorization procedures.
Archived and backed up data are encrypted

Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery Plans

Scheduled daily back-ups and syncing of system and data files with mirrored servers in two locations.
Documented system and data recovery procedures.
BCP is assured with our two work sites infrastructure.
Annual BCP drills and reviews are conducted to ensure familiarity and improvements of BCP procedures.
